Ryan Gray is a Partner & Structural Engineer who evaluates, selects and applies engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to varying project sizes in the residential and commercial market. Ryan graduated from the joint Master of Engineering program at Carleton University and University of Ottawa in 2022 where he specialized in advanced concrete engineering, blast hazard engineering and seismic design.
Ryan is the project lead on many condominium buildings, residential structures, and institutional buildings throughout the Nation's Capital. His work on these projects include the design and analysis of new commercial and residential structures as well as forensic investigations, structural restoration and building maintenance.

Ryan's main hobbies include playing hockey, golfing, or working out at the gym. He also enjoys the heartbreak of watching the Toronto Maple Leafs lose in the playoffs every year.
