Welcome to Capacity Engineering Limited. We are an engineering firm that specializes in structural engineering, building science, condominium works and project management. Our work includes the analysis and design of diverse structures, preparation of maintenance programs, detailed structural condition assessments, as well as forensic investigations and fire engineering.  We have developed an excellent skill set for Tarion Builder Bulletin 19 reporting and our building science team has a reputation for our knowledge in fenestrations and building envelope works. Our work encompasses services for industrial, commercial and institutional clientele as well as a full spectrum of services for the residential market.

Our firm takes a particular interest in areas which require specialized skill with respect to existing structures, including heritage, blast hazards, fire investigations and reports, restoration, maintenance and forensic work.
