"Working at CEL is challenging, educational, and fun."

JOIN A CLOSE, DEDICATED, PROFESSIONAL TEAM; COME  THRIVE AT CEL - Our staff are well trained, accessible, and caring.  Most staff joining CEL are shocked by how relaxed and supportive the environment proves to be.  Rarely would you find a time where you aren't able to ask a question of a colleague, or get a hold of your supervisor.  Even business meetings are routinely interrupted in order to ensure that the front line staff have answers to their questions.  Staff are taught to waste no more than five minutes searching before asking a question, and mini break-out technical sessions are routine.  As a review on glassdoor said "Routinely offers to send me to courses, takes the time to explain issues or answer questions, etc. I can ask at virtually any time of day and someone will be there to help me out. I am actually growing and thriving, not just working. "
