Tracey has the distinction of being the companies first full-time permanent employee. She came to the company with a substantial background in property management with several property management firms in the National Capital Area. Her particular expertise lies in the area of condominium regulations. Tracey has extensive knowledge of the Condominium Act and heads up all proposals for Reserve Fund Studies. Additionally, for a number of years Tracey has simultaneously been our Business Manager. As the company has grown Tracey has had her hands full with condominium work and thus handed off the Business Management role to another.
